ACCESSIBILITY

Climbing is for Everyone!

True North Climbing is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities in all possible cases. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence, and to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and/or preventing barriers to accessibility and meeting our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Ontario’s accessibility laws.

Support person policy

Anybody who presents an Access 2 card qualifies for our discount pricing. A support person accompanying a participant with a disability will be admitted and provided with any rental equipment necessary to support the participant with a disability free of charge.
