Mobility for Climbers

Mobility training for climbers, with strength coach Mercedes Pollmeier MS, CSCS

Become a stronger and more resilient climber by gaining strength and flexibility in both wide and compressed positions. This 3 hour workshop will cover the importance of mobility in the spine, shoulders, wrists, and hips; and how to improve that mobility through assessments and tools to fix those sticking points.
